During the late summer, we started the planning process of what the next tax season might look like and how we could support our clients and their needs. The team got together to discuss this and what came from these discussions was the thought “What if we created a new space that was 100% our own. We could then create a unique environment and really make it special. I am happy to report, we have done just that.
After exhaustive searching and looking at MANY office spaces in the area, we are happy to announce that our new space is ready for you to experience this coming year.
With a desire to keep our offices central to our clients that travel from all different distances and directions, we found a wonderful space just off the 8 Freeway and the Texas Street / Qualcomm Way exit. If you know where the restaurant Bully’s East is off Texas Street, we are right around the corner at 2525 Camino Del Rio South, Suite 260, San Diego, CA 92108.
We are excited to continue using this secure (bank like) system again this year. Many of our clients have commented on how easy it is to use.
In an effort to get your information ready to upload to the SmartVault (SV), we ask that you put them into as few PDF’s as possible. We do understand that sometimes you might need to send additional files, however the more that can be combined, the easier it will be for us to prepare your files.
With this in mind, to the right are two different sets of instructions (depending on your phone type) of how to take a picture of multiple documents and combine them into one PDF to prepare to upload to the system. We hope you find this helpful.
