Smartvault is an online digitally secure cloud based storage area which uses login encryption similar to your online banking portals.  We utilize this to perpetually store not only your tax returns, but also the source documents you provide to us for tax prep.  Should the time arise that you need to provide such items to a lender, attorney, or any other services, SmartVault is a resource at your fingertips to acquire such items.  We encourage you to bookmark the link, save a shortcut to your desktop, or some other way to keep this resource handy, etc.  You can also login to your SmartVault account by clicking the green “SmartVault Login” button in the menu bar at the top of each page on this website.

In an effort to get your information ready to upload to the SmartVault (SV), we ask that you put them into as few PDF’s as possible.  We do understand that sometimes you might need to send additional files, however the more that can be combined, the easier it will be for us to prepare your files.

With this in mind, to the right are two different sets of instructions (depending on your phone type) of how to take a picture of multiple documents and combine them into one PDF to prepare to upload to the system.  We hope you find this helpful.
